Kuwaiti-US armies execute joint exercise

KUWAIT, Jan 13 -- The Kuwaiti army announced here Tuesday that a joint exercise has been conducted with the US, adding that the activity, which is aimed at bolstering military coordination and cooperation, would last till mid-January.
The exercise focused on coordinating efforts on land, maritime, air operations, said a statement for the Kuwaiti army.
The US and Kuwaiti armies conduct annual exercises aimed at increasing experience in combat operations. (yms.na.gta KUNA)
